How did today go for you and your family? I went to the grocery store for the first time in almost 2 weeks. I talked to the stocking clerks & they said it is crazy in their world. If you go to the store – please say “thank you” to the folks under the gun keeping us in groceries.
1- Did you organize your day in writing?
1A – Start tomorrow. Organizing your day will keep you busy and out of trouble. The day will go quicker and look at what you can get done!
2 – Limit your screen time. I suggest 2 hours (playtime) a day. Check with your folks. Yes – this includes TV time.
3- Exercise. Exercise while doing a good deed. Pick up trash in the neighborhood. Pick up sticks from the yard – to keep them from being mowed and damaging the lawnmower.
4- Stay ahead of the homework curve and lessons.
A– What did the ocean say to the beach?
B– Nothing. It just waved.
5- Which Scout Skill did you tackle today?
6- Which MB did you work on? Let me know if I can help.
C– What do porcupines say when they kiss?
D– OUCH!
7- Remember Albert Einstein’s famous equation E=M C squared. Ham Radio uses the C part of this equation a lot. The C stands for the speed of light (in a vacuum) = 299,792,458 Meters / Second.
Let us make it simple – Lets assume that C = 300,000,000 Meters / second. (note: this is not the answer for a physics teacher – but it is close enough for Ham Radio. Now let us shorten it to 300 Mega Meters / Second, (Mega = Million). So remember the number 300. More tomorrow,
Feedback is welcomed & encouraged.
